Pictures look way nicer than the actual place. Pool was supposed to be best feature and it was closed down which was not mentioned on the reservation. Place is old and looks run down, rooms are not updated. Room looked old, smelled a bit musty but appeared to be clean. Lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Not 5 star but totally dependable , clean with a great location. Excellent value for what you pay and nothing fancy. We have stayed here on trips for over 10 years and plan on coming back.

The property was well cared for. Check in was very pleasant and the office staff friendly. Pool wonderful. And we had the BEST housekeeper ever……..Iverta. 🤗

I enjoyed the property. The room was spacious and clean. The linens, and towels, were very clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The only negative comment I have is that check-in was not until 4pm. When your plane lands at 9:30am, waiting until 4pm to get into your room is terrible.

All this hotel is not the fanciest. It is suited for my needs. I actually enjoy staying there. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and updated. Walking distance to coffee, shops, and a lot of restaurants nearby.

It suited the need. Did not expect a 4-5 star experience. Traveling alone, I was careful in the parking lot at night. I was there 4 nights and maid service did come the day I did not have the "do not disturb" sign, but just provided new towels and emptied trash. They did not change the bed, which should have been expected. I called to get code to open lock box, but they said they don't have any of the codes - strange. If they cannot be used by guests, they should be removed. Would stay here in a pinch again if needed

This was a very friendly hotel, nice rooms on a well maintained property. One of our two rooms had a musty smell, which the staff treated but did not eliminate entirely.

Comfortable for home away from home
I've stayed here more than several times in the last couple years. The service is outstanding, the rooms are always clean and they have gone out of their way to fulfill my room location requests. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 50 years. These employees are some of the best I've encountered! Always smiling and willing to accomodate. A special kudos to the entire front desk staff and our favorite Housekeeper Ivieta (hopefully I spelled it correctly). She is efficient and amazing! Keep up the great work everyone! It's improved drastically - not a perfect place but it's been a great experience for me and I'm very appreciative. My only suggestions, more glassware and utensils- don't' skimp on the simple items- recycle bins please, make all tv hdmi (remote) capable- helps to watch other than direct tv ;) Best of Luck to all!

Property is very run down. The room had a very odd smell like sewage. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the soap provided to wash hands and shower broke into thousands of pieces. The shampoo container was filled with water.

I have never seen such a clean room very impressed. Everything was great. Only thing was musty odor but turned on ac and it went away.

The hotel was a bit dated and we did find one unwelcomed live cockroach in the kitchen cabinet, but we were happy to get a room that was much less expensive than we would have paid just a few blocks away

The room smelled of mildew when we first arrived so we sprayed the air freshener but I think it was the air conditioning! That being said the check in and check out time was not consistent on the website and on the door it says 4-12 the next day but it is from 4 to 11 AM before it begins a new day. I was confused.I don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how Clean our room was!!!! Simply superb!!!
