"Excellent, super clean, very friendly staff and breakfast is very good, have a good vegetable for breakfast for vegan people. I can't just believe that the hotel is exceptionally good for just a 3 star hotel. Overall, the hotel is very clean, very organized and have a calm environment. The tram is just a very short ride from the hotel to the city center, just 2 stops and the walk from the hotel to the tram station is just a 5 min walk, basically 2 small blocks away. I am planning to stay in this hotel for my future travel to Bern again. I will recommend this hotel to all our friends planning to visit Bern. Bellisima! Ausgezeichnet! Exceptionalle!"

"It is a wonderful old building, the lift is so original, all rooms vary so that may influence your stay. Most informative staff I ever met!!!! Helped us with free public transit & decide on what to visit. The breakfast had the largest Verity we encountered on this trip. Walking distance to everything."

"Room was cleaned daily, great place to stay as a base. 2 minute walk to the train station. Close to lots of shops and a grocery store. Washroom was clean, bed was firm and comfortable. "There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."
