Fair price but needs some renovations.

The breakfast is great, especially with the buffet on the weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and would need some urgent renovations and updating.

After checking in, we were shocked by the bad smell of toilet in the room. The whole room smelled like washroom; it was unbearable to stay. The room looked very old including the carpet in front of the toilet and shower. The room did not have a balcony either. We knew we could not stay there and checked out immediately due to the intense smell. We had to call the manager and explained the situation and were told that we needed to contact Expedia for the refund. The manager claimed he never heard from Expedia and Expedia said the manager never responded, this went on for weeks. So never got the refund. Terrible experience.

Vi boede på værelse 1, som trænger forfærdeligt til renovering. Dårlige senge, med ringe hovedpuder og dyner. Et brusebad midt i værelset, så man stod ud på tæppet. En lampe i brusebadet beregnet på at være i et skab - den gik hele tiden ud. Men personalet er virkelig søde, og prøver at gøre alt for at man føler sig godt tilpas. Maden er gedigen tysk på den gode måde, og det er en fin morgenmad. Så 5 stjerner til personalet og til maden. Men værelset….det var ikke godt!

Wir kamen recht spät und die Küche hatte schon geschlossen. Dennoch konnten wir Essen von der Karte bestellen und es wurde problemlos zubereitet und gebracht. War zudem sehr lecker. Meine Frau schwört auf den Apfelstrudel. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und frisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes uriges Gasthaus in Bayern. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ideal gelegenes Hotel unweit vom Ortskern und Arena. Unterkunft und Essen hat uns sehr zugesagt und verdient auch die Zuordnung einer gehobeneren Kategorie. Phantastisch ist der Blick auf die Berge, egal ob aus Balkon, der Außenterasse oder dem Restaurant.

Die Unterkunft war okay, das Essen hervorragend, wegen Corona Erkrankungen wurde ein Zimmer nicht benötigt. Eine Stornierung war weder beim Hotel, noch beim Vermittler möglich. Das war mir bei der Buchung nicht deutlich gemacht worden. Also: 100€ vergeudet. Das verdient keine Empfehlung für Sie.

Rask innsjekk. Dog noen språkutfordringer da det ikke var noen i resepsjonen ved inn- og utsjekk, så de som jobbet i restauranten hjalp oss, og de kunne svært lite/ingen engelsk. Rolig område litt utenfor sentrum. Gratis parkering rett utenfor hotellet. Lett å parkere og mange plasser. Litt merkelig romløsning, vask og speil var plassert rett ved siden av sengen, mens toalett og dusj i eget avlukke. Fin frokost, med alternativer til laktoseintolerante, men ingen i forhold til gluten.
