"It was a last-minute stay after a failed camping trip. The hotel was a great surprise, priced right and perfectly located on the boardwalk. The room was in good shape, very clean and had everything we needed. "

"Stayed here for the Oceans Calling festival. Nice room and lobby. Pool looked great though we didn’t use it. Parking lot was full on our second night and I had no idea what to do or where to park (thankfully someone left after I drove around for 10 minutes). Housekeeping staff were lovely and thorough. When we checked in, the man at the desk was maybe the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever dealt with but my friend and I just had a laugh about it afterwords and didn’t let it bother us. This place is about an half mile from the park and ride where a bus will take you over the bridge to the beach. So also a good location. Overall it was a good stay and I’ll return. "

"Had a nice view of the water though separated by a parking lot. Nice little beach area. I rated this as excellent because even though it older and there were a few flaws (tear in the carpet) it was clean and the staff were excellent. Very nice people who are eager to make your stay great. Excellent location. Went for a weekend concert and the walk was very close. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to Ocean City for this concert and this was by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed. We just really need a place to sleep as we are out enjoying what Ocean City has to offer and Oceanic did not disappoint. Small, but what we needed. Would stay here again. "
