Hose from washing machine was loose and came off several times during use. Reception staff not very friendly. Cleaners are friendly. Breakfast wasn't really good. But I like the spaciousness of the room and the balcony. Balcony door need fixing as it was hard to open. Bottled water only providesd on day 1 and for subsequent days, you will need...

"Room are rather small but it very comfy. Lighting are just nice. Clean, no smell, nice mattress and pillow, water pressure are good. Will surely revisit during my next trip. Advise to hotel operator: May consider to change your towel, it look rather old."

"Arrived hotel and requested for early check in on 4th Oct around 10am. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful with my request. He politely advised the room not ready and after few minutes he called me from the lobby and found the suitable room but asking whether am I okay with smoking floor. So, managed to check in earlier than expected. Room was tidy and good stay! Thanks to reception guy which I forgot his name but he shall get a salary raise for his politeness. Keep it up!"
