It didn't gave us information about the place. We didn't have hot water for almost 2 days. No hands soap, very little shampoo on shower.. We stayed 5 nights and they only went one time to clean up the room. In general, for the place we got it didn't woth the money what we paid. The place it needs a lot of improvements, to be high standards for what they charge."Reviewed June 18, 2026Return • Singapore (SIN) - Kuala Lumpur (KUL)SIN - KUL • Direct KUL - SIN • DirectS$1,469S$558found 22 hours agoper traveller - The Manor Suites KLCC by Moonway

Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."
"The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. "
