A Very Pleasant Place to Stay in Bethel, Maine.

The Holidae House is very welcoming and comfortable. The hosts see that all guests are well-oriented to the hotel and to the town upon arrival and the breakfasts are superb.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a ski weekend and it was awesome! Super comfortable beds, tons of movies to select from, and only a 10-15 min ride to Sunday River. 5 stars!

The innkeepers thought of everything, including charging stations on both sides of the bed. The property is immaculate. Jeanette’s breakfasts were excellent and her bacon is perfectly crispy. A great place to stay.

The house was beautiful, and very well maintained. The owners/hosts are very dedicated to keeping the house true to it's time period. The atmosphere was warm, breakfast was delicious, and hosts offered history on the house and area. We only stayed one night but Bethel has a lot to offer in the area. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautifully restored historic inn where John, the owner really cares for his guests. The gourmet cooked breakfast was beyond my expectation. I came just for a bed for a night and received a rejuvenating mini vacation. Thank you again John. The historic Bethel is alongside the Appalachian Trail with gourmet restaurant, ice cream parlor, therapeutic massage etc. I can not wait to come back

The B&B was beautiful. The furnishings and decorations for the fall season were beautiful. The Inn keepers were very friendly and helpful. The room fit our needs perfectly. The breakfast was goodies the afternoon before were delicious and the tea selection was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The Holidae House was a delightful stay for us. The house is super clean and decorated beautifully. John and Jeanette could not have been friendlier or more attentive, They went out of their way to make us feel at home, gave us great suggestions for day trips and restaurants, and did everything possible to make us comfortable. John seriously is on call 24 hours a day if you need anything, and Jeanette is a brilliant cook! Thank you so much for everything!

Personally greeted each guests and showed them to their rooms. Coffee, tea, and homemade snack available in the dining room each evening. Breakfast served on every half hour between 0700-0830 which is super convenient for early risers and those who rise later. Host had great recommendations for dinner and was knowledgeable about activities in the area. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, and generally warm welcoming environment. Would stay here again.
