"The property was great. Could use a little maintainable here and there but nothing that affected my stay. It’s just one of those if it were home I would fix this and that. The staff was very kind and responsive. Loved it. "

"This place was very noisy. We arrived one day later after we paid for six days, we spent five days due to flight delays. They never gave us orientation of the property. We had to find our way around and strangers and workers gave us guidance. The front desk staff never mentioned anything to us. We missed out on so many things because we did not know. We called the concierge four times, because when we checked in there was a leaking sink which was very dangerous to me. Was scared to walk around because of fear that I might slip and fall. We notified them four times, and each visit by the maintenance man wasn’t fixed. In the end we left it alone, and just dealt with it by not using the leaking sink. I am very disappointed the way we were treated, and I hope they refund is for the one less day that we did not spend at the facility. "
