"The host was very kind, welcoming by leaving our keys out despite of the late check in and holiday, and the property itself was nicely maintained. We appreciated the hospitality and could tell there was effort put into making guests feel comfortable. Since there were no staff available during our stay due to the holiday, it was thoughtful that they left the closet open with extra sheets and towels in case guests needed anything, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things that made our stay more challenging than expected. I didn’t realize beforehand that the property was located in a fairly remote area, which made getting around a little more difficult than anticipated. Since there were no staff present because of the holiday, it also felt a bit isolating at times if assistance had been needed. Although we were able to lock our room door, we didn’t feel completely secure because the main entrance doors were left open overnight. This made us a little uneasy from a safety standpoint. Additionally, there was a noticeable musky smell that became somewhat bothersome during our stay and affected overall comfort. Overall, the host was kind and accommodating, and there were thoughtful touches throughout the stay. With clearer expectations about the remote location, improvements to ventilation, and more attention to building security, the experience could be even better."

You can tell he cares about making sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. The place itself was very nicely maintained, clean, secure, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that really stood out to me was his kindness and hospitality. I accidentally came out late for breakfast one morning, and despite the time, he still took the effort to cook me bacon, which I truly appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel very welcomed and cared for. Small acts of kindness like that really make a stay memorable. The host also provided clear instructions and was informative whenever I had questions. Overall, I appreciated the warm hospitality and effort put into making guests feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return in the future."

"Good parking I got a great room with no floors but there a pizzaria right outside and people were loud all the way until closing time at 10 PM. Can hear everyone that enters the building I had same experience last time in the upper floor. It’s disturbing because you hear everyone step and every door shut/slam in the entire building. Very loud."

"Large room with not much going on. Feels cheap inside. Bathroom was freezing and the heater didnt work in there. Showers are TINY. I guess its common in germany to only provide a twin size douvet on a king size bed, but as an american its weird seeing no sheets and no full size blanket. Breakfast was nothing special. Solid 2.5 out of 5 hotel coming from someine who spends over 50 nights a year in hotels."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a van as there were several of us and the parking lot did not easily accommodate it, but that was our only issue. I’d definitely come back and recommend the hotel. "
