"Although hotel shows it age!my room was quite big and very clean!Great views also!over pier!breakfast/dinner was excellent and service 10/10 by very gd staff!dinner especially served quick and excellent value!all in all a great stay for me!Although i could do without piped music in dining area during meal!"

"The George hotel in Rye offers a charming stay with a central location and helpful staff. The comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast were definite highlights. Its bar is also great, boasting a fantastic atmosphere. However, our (entry level) room was a little on the small side. Despite the cozy quarters, the hotel provides a very pleasant and enjoyable experience."
