"We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. Good shower (although the grouting could do with a bit of TLC). Friendly welcome from the lady at the motel (which I presume owns the property). Would highly recommend this house for a perfect base to explore Rye and the area. "

"Lovely little flat in a very convenient location. Parking wasn't an issue as there was plenty of parking in the area. Asked for an additional heater before I arrived and they kindly put one in there for me. Stairs are quite narrow and are only wide enough for one foot per step, but not a problem for me. :)"

"Liked the 'big sky' view from the french doors looking out over the river and fields at the edge of Rye town centre. Location is quiet and peaceful. Comfortable, compact flat with good wifi and everything being easy to use eg straightforward heating, tv and appliances. Designated parking space which is very useful in Rye, and a short stroll into town. "
