not the most upmarket hotel but good value and perfectly located for Marvel Stadium, Entertainment, The Trams, Spencer Street Station and the airport bus.

Our 7-day, 6-night stay was extremely disappointing. While the room appeared semi-clean, there was noticeable dust throughout, and the kettle was so brown inside it looked like something had been burnt in it. There were several maintenance issues: the main bathroom door wouldn’t close properly unless you lifted it, and it actually came off its hinges once. The ensuite mirror light constantly flickered. The master bedroom had only one small floor-to-ceiling window, with no scenic view as expected. The room was also unbearably dry at night, making it difficult to sleep without constantly drinking water. The biggest frustration was the internet. We received a different explanation every time we asked: from it being repaired that day, to needing to restart a router that didn’t exist, to being told Wi-Fi cost extra. We never had working internet. Housekeeping was another letdown. We were told rooms are only serviced for stays longer than seven nights, so we had to repeatedly collect fresh towels ourselves. Even then, we’d only receive two bath towels for three adults and a baby unless we specifically requested everything else. We were also never informed about the cleaning requirements at checkout or the potential cleaning fee. I only found out by overhearing another guest. Finally, the lifts were terrible. Despite there being four elevators, only one was operating for most of the weekend, resulting in waits of up to 45 minutes just to get a lift. Overall, this was the worst hotel

Location for activities in the CBD is perfect, transport is also easy to reach from this location. The room is spacious and relaxing and the hotel facilities are awesome
