The biggest let down of this property are the bedrooms.1 low wattage ceiling light, extremely dark. No cupboards. Bathroom was tiny and really dated. Toilet seat kept moving off the bowl. Sink and shower drains would fill up and slow to drain. Not enough sockets, extension lead hanging over our head on the bed. Breakfast was very basic, pastries not fresh and the only good thing was the fresh omelettes.
Its a shame really, as besides the bedroom, the hotel corridors, reception, spa are beautifully designed and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again, if the bedrooms were refurbished with more amenities in them amd a modern bathroom.

The queue on Friday was at least 2 hours- but you only find out after buying the entry ticket so a waste of money

A very beautiful spot, but we had to queue a lot as there were a lot of tour parties. We were told that later in the afternoon is likely to be quieter. Look out for the tortoises.
