She clearly explained the hotel facilities and amenities in a professional and friendly manner, which I truly appreciated. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating — nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is ideal for corporate travellers and short stays. Its central location means everything you need is within walking distance — restaurants, shops, and services — so there's no need to spend extra on taxis or transport. The hotel offers excellent facilities and a solid food and beverage offering that suits busy professionals. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting on business or for a short-term stay. It’s convenient, well-managed, and perfectly located."

"This property is in a prime location with a private beach and attached to Abu Dhabi mall. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to be accommodating. From housekeeping to general assistance they were brilliant during our stay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and a lovely view of the sea. I highly recommend this lovely hotel if you ever visit this beautiful city. "

"What an amazing hotel, the staff were so friendly. The receptionist Harman was lovely. She helped us out so much. There was a lovely young lad, Wendell, who did our drinks for us such a amazing character, another lovely person called Zebh we met at the bar was so friendly, the food was to die for I’ve never had such tasty food ever on holiday. The rooms were nice. We had a family room but we never wanted a family room because we went as friends and it was a bit awkward having a family room.. we had a bad experience with a taxi driver that was ordered from the front door of the hotel, but the company that hired the taxi driver was at fault, not the hotel, all in all the hotel was beautiful. The ambience in the restaurants were lovely and food was amazing. You can’t go wrong! Thank you Rixos you were amazing x"
