"Way better than expected, despite the property being a little old. The GM and front desk personnel were very helpful and accommodating. I had to book a last minute trip to Parksville for my pet's export certificate and they managed to accommodate me and my pet at short notice, otherwise my plans would have been ruined. The room is very clean and well fitted out, spacious enough for my son, my dog and I. Simple breakfast is also included which is fantastic! Overall a pleasant stay and excellent experience."

Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, parking, staff courteous and helpful, everything works, restaurant also very good, very good location near the harbour, close enough to access all the benefits of downtown but also far away enough to avoid all the noise and carnage of city nightlife. Close to public transport stops as well. Good value for money. Has everything you want, no need to go to more expensive ostentatious places. Cannot recommend it enough."
