"We arrive got to reception and the King bed option is not available. Give a option of two bed. We went to meal at the restaurant the food are good. Went to the room and the tv no working. They move us to another room, This time give us the King bed. Take a shower and floor of the room beging to have water. Need to put towel in the floor. Later at night the food we eat in the restaurant cause us diarea on mi wife and me. As we go to the front desk the completly ingnore our complaing "

"I was completely enamored with my stay at this hotel. The level of customer service truly stood out—every interaction felt thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The onsite restaurant offered delicious options, and the prepaid breakfast was a great touch that made mornings easy and enjoyable. When I had an issue with the shower not draining, I reached out to management and was honestly impressed when a plumber arrived within five minutes. That level of responsiveness really speaks to how much they care about their guests’ experience. The pool was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. They came by the first night to tidy up my room and made sure I had the extra blanket and toilet paper I requested, which I really appreciated. My only concern was the insect situation. There seemed to be a high mosquito presence—likely due to the weather this time of year—and I did end up with several very itchy bites during my stay. I reached out to management after checking out since I wasn’t sure what caused them, and once again, they responded with care and thoughtfulness. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience."
