"The room was clean and spacious for a studio. It had all the amenities, coffee pot, microwave, full size fridge, 4 burner stove top. Only thing missing was the ocean view, pool and jacuzzi. Overall a very nice stay."

"I travelled with 2 girlfriends and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 1:30, our room was not ready yet which we assumed it wouldn't be because check in is at 3pm. Had lunch at the rook top restaurant and views were beautiful and the food was delicious, however service was very slow and they were not busy. Our room was not ready for us to check into until well after 5pm and we were given a voucher for $75 XCG (about $37 USA dollars) as an apology. Entire property is clean, beach is small, and all of the staff are very friendly. On Sunday afternoon, we received an email to checkout and I realized that there was an $80 credit for booking with Expedia. I called the front desk to ask if we can use it for dinner that night and was told that it's not $80 at once, but a set of vouchers for either percentages or $ off different items throughout the property. At this point we were checking out the following morning and wouldn't be able to use them. We were given a $40 USA voucher as an apology. Very disappointed in that because it should have been $80 USA, but the manager refused to give that. Overall a good stay, but these few things out a damper on the whole experience. "

"Would not recommend if you’re accessible. There are no elevators, no body helps you with your luggage’s. The bar staff are very friendly. Reception is rude, and need to be trained properly as each person said something different. "

"Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car be prepared to walk long distances to the office to the beach to the restaurants to anywhere that they don’t rent out any golf carts either but luckily we had a good staff member who would come and pick us up on the golf cart if we asked, and we tipped him. Also be careful if you are paying a taxi directly through the resort because they will keep up with some of the charges, but not all of them. They charge my credit card and emailed me about it without even asking if I had paid the taxi in cash which I did and so I had to call them and email them to get my money back and still I’m not sure if the money has been returned even and when I told them to not charge my card. When we went to the restaurant next to the office or check-in, the food was good. The drinks were all right, but it kind of seemed like some of the workers didn’t want to be at work then there was one worker when I told them that I was sick after getting an allergic reaction at Brass Boer said that it was my fault."

"Rented one bedroom condo. It had everything we needed to cook. No oven in this unit. 2 stovetop burners and a microwave. Grounds were beautiful over looking a cliff. The views were magnificent. The dive platform was very cool. Great snorkeling and you can swim to the beach or one minute walk. Two restaurants in walking distance. I loved it there. Quiet and just enough people to meet and talk to. I will definitely return "

"We had a second floor unit with an outdoor kitchen. It was a unique experience. It had basic cooking equipment and a gas cooktop and large fridge. It looked over the pool. It was clean. It was a very quiet property. The bbq’s were not in good shape. The pool was clean and very nice with good lounges and shade. You can walk to 3 restaurants, one being on the property. You can walk to beaches with great snorkeling. The staff were helpful. We had issues with the rental car we rented from here though. We wer not notified about a $500 u.s. deposit and if they put it on the credit card they charged 4%. They had to charge and refund and recharge after 7 days which made no sense therefore we were getting hit with extra charges for a deposit. Last minute told to take the car to the unit to get refunded. We were supposed to take it to the airport. They did provide a driver but we were going to make stops on the way. We’re not able to do that. We used all our u.s. cash. The staff were good. We would stay again but not rent their car. "
