The staff were consistently professional, warm, and genuinely accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Our room was spotless, with a perfectly comfortable bed and an ocean-view balcony that made each morning feel special. Waking up to that view alone was worth the trip. The food was equally impressive—both the buffet and the specialty restaurants offered exceptional quality and variety, making every meal something to look forward to and well worth the cost of our stay. A special thank you to Lucy at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. She provided thoughtful recommendations, handled our reservations seamlessly, and delivered truly top-notch service throughout. The birthday surprise she arranged—a banner on our door—was such a personal and memorable touch that meant a lot to both of us. We stayed for four nights, and honestly, it still didn’t feel like enough. Iberostar set a high bar, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit."

"Stayed for 6 nights, no hot water. After talking to the desk the 2nd morning they said they would send a guy right up but I had to be there in the room for him. After a half hour he showed up, sat on the toilet with the water running for 20 minutes texting and talking on his phone. after that he said he had to check a machine, I waited another half hour and when he did not come back I went to the front desk. They said that the whole resort was having hot water problems, I explained that I didn't appreciate babysitting their plumber for one and a half hours when it was a resort wide problem, I could have been on the beach enjoying myself instead of sitting in my room. The place is definitely outdated and the shower drain ( cold water ) was partially plugged so you could only run it for a short time before it started to overflow on the floor. The staff were OK trying their best with what they have but if you don't get up at 6 AM and mark your spot there is not a lot of places to lie in the sun with an umbrella. It is not what I would call a high end resort by any stretch."

"AMAZING staff, great food, very very clean. Plenty of activities, beautiful beach. The facilities are a little dated, but VERY well maintained. Welcoming and friendly environment. Talented entertainment staff. Just fyi, there's sometimes a towel shortage, but that's not a complaint, just an observation. There's an adult-only pool and bar."
