"What a tranquil and beautiful place. I was in the area, visiting from Las Vegas and could not have picked a more serene place to stay. They took care of everything for me. "We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies. Luis told us all about the area, a lot you wouldn't get from tourist guides, and also took us on a lovely hike up the mountain behind us. The food in the restaurant was great, though certainly some dishes are better than others, and there really isn't much of a need to go out. The llamas are such a nice touch, something about having them around induces relaxation a peaceful feeling. We intend to return to Peru, the Sacred Valley and Sierra!"
