"We needed to make to set air conditioning at a lower temperature,but not able too. My daughter is pregnant ap she was not able to sleep well due to room temperature too hot and not comfortable for her ."

"Nice room. Furniture a little worn. Nice staff. The refrigerator is a wine fridge. Don't expect it to keep your beer cold or your milk. A refrigerator is suppose to chill at 38 degrees- the one in the room only went to 51 degrees. Otherwise, all was good."

"The property was clean and rooms were clean as well. The front desk attendant was not friendly nor informative. When she gave me the key cards she didn’t tell me the room number, the floor, and she also didn’t point to the elevators. I have stayed at other Weston’s and service has been excellent. His attendant acted like I had been there before and I knew my way around the hotel. At checkout that attendant was friendly, courteous, and an excellent representative of Westin."
