"The apartment was closed to Luzern Train station and Ferry so very convenient getting to other attractions. Apartment was large enough for two adults. The main issues is no A/C and the portable fan unit is not sufficent to keep the rooms cool. The shower curtain in bathroom is not large enough to keep water from spraying onto floor. One last issue is the key. You only get one and you need this to lock the door when you are inside. So if one guest leave and take the key, the other guest cannot...

"Our stay at the Bergwelt was amazing.From start to finish the staff were fantastic,very friendly and helpful.The spa was so relaxing and all facilities and amenities were very clean.The indoor pool was very nice with a additional steam room which was a nice touch.The food at the hotel was fabulous we had the Mixed Grill which was amazing and I would highly recommend.Included in our stay was Breakfast which was fantastic everyday their was a wide range of options to suit all and the food was always delicious and fresh.I would definitely recommend this hotel any time of the year,as it was fabulous.We stayed in the luxury room which was very spacious and had a really nice balcony.Included in our stay was a free mini bar which was another massive bonus to our stay. We will definitely visit again."
