Hyatt Place Sacramento/Rancho Cordova
The room was clean. There was only one elevator available, so was crowded at times. Guest were a bit noisy in the evening. Staff was kind and considerate.

We have stayed numerous times over the years but lately it’s started to look dated and dirty. The elevators made noises which made my wife feel uneasy. I don’t thing we will be staying here again.

The room smelled horrible. I had called front desk, and was moved to another room, and it had the same bad odor. The property needs upgrades, and the carpets needs to be cleaned.
