"We walked into the room, and it smelled horrible. Opened the fridge and it smelled horrible and had water all over inside, It seemed like the room had not been used or completely cleaned for a bit. It had already used soap inside at the sink. The beds were so uncomfortable, so we tossed and turned all night. The next day their breakfast was not ready until 7am. It was horrible coffee with we felt spoiled creamer 2 pieces of fruit for a three story motel, a little bit of pastries."

"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."

"The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very worth it and parking was easy. The location was perfect and right next to the Golden 1 arena. We walked to the venue and felt very safe. "

"Such a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. The downside is the beds aren't too comfortable (for my back, they were too soft) and I would definitely request a room away from J street and the street noise was very loud but other than these two issues, wonderful stay. "

"We enjoyed the stay here. It was a great location for sutter health park and Old Sacramento. My family really enjoyed how close it was to everything. They really enjoyed the breakfast."

"Elevator was out and they did not notify us. My husband and I are both seniors and have physical conditions that limit out mobility. We had to carry luggage 2 flights downstairs. The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to assist us with luggage. We had to ask for help. Staff should be more aware and attentive to the customers needs until that elevator is fixed. Perhaps Pay them a bonus to assist customers. Thank you for listening. The manager did give me a room discount and waivered the parking fee, which I appreciated, after I complained."
