At first, I was a little worried when I drove up, but the rooms were impeccable and nicely decorated, with thoughtful amenities. The check-in staff were friendly and very helpful. Considering that the doors all face outside (no hallways), the rooms were quiet and secure. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe.

This place was such a little gem! The renovations were fun and funky, the decor was bright and cheery, and the whole place felt trendy and new. Both Troy and Josh at the front desk were fantastic, helpful, and friendly, and the peach focaccia cobbler that I had at the attached restaurant (The Immortal) was fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this place... 1000% would recommend, and will stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great location and the room was nicely furnished and reasonably attractive, but my single-queen room was very tight — the bed frame seemed extra long, and one could barely get around it to the window, the only chair to sit on could barely fit or turn, and the mini-fridge door couldn't be even opened more than a few inches given the tightness of space. I was disappointed that there was no housekeeping (bed not made nor towels changed during the three days I stayed) and there was no mention to me nor signs to indicate this omission. I would stay here again if in a somewhat larger room and If I knew they'd at least change the towels.

Parking was easy, there was a mistake with our room. Mistakes happen it’s how it’s handled that is important. The person at the desk apologized, quickly fixed the problem, checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the fix and then thanked us. There was no grumbling or lackluster service recovery. She did an amazing job, very professional. The bed was extremely comfortable, our bathroom was in good condition and appeared very clean.

The had just gone through a renovation and I was moved to 3 different rooms on my 4 night stay. My first room had an exposed electrical box and my second had a broken water pipe under the sink that gushed water if you turned it on. In my third room the towel rack was loose and I let maintence know. When they came to my room to fix it I found the door ajar and open but no one inside but the towel rack was remounted. A few minutes later the maintenance guy showed up to finish this work. I found that the door frame catches the door latch and if you just let it close the door will catch on the wall and not close all the way. You have to pull it closed. The staff is aware of this issue I guess it’s happening all over the property. But I hadn’t checked out yet and the room was left open to anything I had in the room. The staff was super kinda and helpful when I noted all these things. But they are some pretty big issues.

Stayed here during a day trip with my daughter and had a great overall experience. The property was clean, appeared to be fairly new, and was conveniently located near the Capitol building. The only minor downside was the shower design. I’m not a huge fan of the partial glass shower door (or lack of a full door), but that seems to be a common trend in newer hotels these days. We also experienced a fire alarm going off around 3:00 a.m., which was a bit unsettling, but aside from that, we had no issues during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly the highlight of our visit. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Our room seemed brand new. Very clean and cozy, decor is adorable. Overall very pleased with the room and property. We were delayed checking in to our room but the staff were very polite and kind. It is a loud area at night though.. I’d avoid going out past 10pm. Lots of partiers, loud cars, police sirens etc and our door didn’t close completely but the AC helps hide the noise. Definitely needs more parking available. We had to park on the street. Otherwise this is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay.

The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it.
