"For starters, they have no parking, at all. Had to park in a dirt lot on another street, for 50 bhat a day. Stairs are so steep they are practically a ladder. The desk is barely manned. Their idea of service is leaving a case of water on the bottom steep do you can grab a bottle and carry it up yourself. There is no noise insulation, bar next door is very loud and stays open late. "Wenn man mit einer kleine Familie reist und man 2 Stunden warten muss , weil das Check in um 2 Uhr nachmittags ist , verstehe ich es nicht. Personal ist nicht da. In solchen fällen sollte Personal da sein und aus Kulanz eine Familie die Möglichkeit geben , sich auszuruhen. Mein Kind ist 4 Monate alt. Wir haben angerufen und gefragt ob es möglich wäre einzuchecken. Für 1200 baht ja. Preis ist nicht ok. Für eine Zeit für 2 Stunden. Macht den Preis realistisch. Und verlangt nicht eine Nacht dafür....
