駅直結の便利なホテル

駅直結ですごく便利。当然ながらすぐ近くにコンビニも公共機関（バス）もスタバもあり。余裕持って前もって予約したので安く泊まれた。朝食はヘルシーメニューで、飲み会の次の日にはありがたい。

相模大野駅、羽田空港バス停直結とアクセス良好、部屋も広く開放感あり。町田、相模原周辺では高価格なのも納得。残念だったのはゴルフバッグの宅急便を11/8に依頼し、11/9今日チェックイアウトの際に700円のカバー代を要求されました。ゴルフバッグに宅急便専用のオーバーカバーを装着してるのでそんな事はありえないと言ったものの、クロネコヤマトからビニールカバーが必要と言われたとのことで平行線。福岡へ帰る為、羽田空港に向かう都合があり、とりあえず支払い、私がクロネコヤマトに連絡するという事で一旦は終わり。ただ気持ちが収まらずに戻り、フロントで私がクロネコヤマトのナビダイヤル、その担当運転手に電話し（その運転手も少し容量を得なかったですが）決着、700円返却。ゴルフ場の職員ではないからしょうがない面は理解出来るが、ゴルフ宅急便なんかは特別のケース、レアケースではなく通常業務の範疇と思われる。もっと教育すべきだし、裏のスタッフも私のカウンターでの電話等は聞こえていた筈なのに無反応。ゴルフ宅急便に関し無知で単に私がクレームをつけていると一旦反応。以上が一連の経緯です。折角の5泊の旅が最後で残念でした。接客された方の接客の悪さというより、ゴルフ宅急便への無知、そして小田急センチュリーホテルとしての無知、教育不足と感じました。ついでに初日に部屋に一匹虫🐝が入り込んでいました。この宅急便の事がなければ言うつもりも書き込みするつもりもなかったっすが。
