"There wasn’t any soap in the shower dispenser and the shower head had poor water pressure and a small stream of water. Room was clean except the air conditioner remote. Very dirty. Staff were wonderful and all other amenities great."

The pools were relaxing and/or rejuvenating (depending on the temperature), the grounds are beautifully maintained and the food is plentiful and delicious. Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay!
