Concernant la cuisine, retrouver les plats authentiques avec une saveur que nous retrouvons que très rarement et à savoir qu'ils sont preparés qu'avec les producteurs des alentours. Unser Quartier war unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar, eine Bestätigung für den Check-in bekamen wir auch nicht, so dass wir nach langem Läuten froh waren, dass uns überhaupt jemand öffnete. Als Ersatz für unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekamen wir dann nach einigen Verständigungsschwierigkeiten - wir sprechen selbst nur wenig französisch - für die 1.
