"It was amazing, this is a true jem of a place, didnt want to leave"

"Don't bother. Told on arrival the kids swim times are 8-10am and 3-5pm. That was never mentioned during booking... it's made worse by the fact every family then turns up so you can't actually swim. Oh and they don't even have towels to use (because it's busy). Lodge was really dirty including chewing gum on pillow and the food is worse than school dinners (went elsewhere after one meal... nearby pub called Blue Lion is amazing). The worst part is following a complaint we'd made with a list...

"The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views. The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day. Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris x"
