"My stay was fantastic. I had a very warm welcome at reception with excellent helpful staff. My room, an upgraded room with a balcony, was very comfortable and clean. There was an excellent supply of tea, coffee and hot chocolate too. Breakfast was also very good."

"Staff, every single one of them polite, couldnt do enough to help. All room clean, a bit dated but that was the only negative. Except window in room was broke but tild reception and they were in it. Food great, breakfast included every breakfast you could imagine frim full English, salmon, pancakes whatever you wanted just ask. Really really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Booked parking prior to stay and our name was on the wall ready and waiting for our arrival. "

The night Porter was very helpful and friendly, the reception team couldn’t do enough and the breakfast staff went the extra mile! We forgot our robes from the room but the spa team were kind and gave us spares. The spa isn’t quite as opulent as the photos, but the service more than makes up for it, Comfy beds, great shower, delicious breakfast all in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for a stay in Cornwall, with easy access the south coast. Will be recommending to friends and family "

"We were very impressed with the room and facilities. Comfortable and clean. Lovely little touches from quilted rain coats to fresh milk in the fridge and even complementary larger in the fridge in our room. Also a super selection of coffee pods and tea for our use which added a bit of luxury to our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and personally showed us to our room. Breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal. Highly recommended "

"Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Beresford Hotel. My daughter and I shared a sea view twin room with ensuite. On arrival it looks quite run down and parking isnt great and is limited, however if you get a space they print a sign stating your name and reg number for £5 per night. This ensures you a parking space. We had an Assistance Dog and a retired Assistance Dog, who is now old and nothing was too much trouble and thevwere made to feel welcome, along with us. The beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped, personally the small table and chairs were brilliant for me as I like to write. The bathroom was clean and had all you needed. The seaview was amazing and the cost of thr room was fantastic. We will be returning again soon. Thank you. "
