"Great place for families. The indoor pool was fabulous. There was lots to do on the grounds. Pool table, shuffle board, pool, having a drink from the bar by the river at a fire pit. Very cool place we will definitely go back."

"Using Expedia, I paid for a 2 queen room for 4 nights. The host put me into a one queen room with a single shower. TV had to be watched outside of bed because a wall blocked it. I complained about the subpar room the next morning and the host moved me to another single queen room with a bathtub. I gave up complaining because the host was defensive in her decisions. The housekeepers were fantastic and received a deserved tip. The parking does not have room for a truck. The host required a $50 deposit. I had to dispute the deposit charge and ask my bank to get a refund because the multiple hosts made failed promises of a refund, which never was completed. I will not return to the West Motel in Bend."

"Had a very bad experience. Kids running around the property kicking soccer balls and not letting guest sleep at 12am. Bathroom had some ants. "

"The room was extremely clean, staff were very friendly, and we were really impressed all the way around. The price was reasonable, especially as we were here for a family member that was in the hospital. It’s about a mile from St. Charles and almost a straight shot from there to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "
