The location is perfect - so many stores and restaurants in walking distance and very easy tram system next to hotel (our first time using tram and wonderful way to get around, Bordeaux is huge). The staff are wonderful and provide high level service throughout your stay. Breakfast buffet is outstanding with great service and variety. Spa is special. Definitely recommend highly."
