Disliked the number of rules at the property -for instance you cannot have your own food and drinks on terrace/ in room yet they sell no food and only a minimal drink selection.
The shower needs to be hooked up as holding it in your hand to shower in 2022 really isn’t acceptable .

La chambre d'une propreté irréprochable, l'accueil de Sharon et Phil exceptionnel et le petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour dans ce gîte. Notre seule frustration est de ne pas avoir pu profiter des extérieurs ( l'environnement est superbe aussi) en raison du temps qui n'était pas favorable. Ce n'est pas grave, nous y reviendrons ❤️"

"Considering the price, this was a great value option in the Medoc wine region. The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained. The reception staff are great.
The only thing that could have improved our stay was having more to do around the hotel with young children. With the outdoor pool out of action we were able to use the indoor pool at lunchtime and dinner time each day but otherwise there wasn't much to do. It would be great for example if they could install some petanque courts and provide the equipment. Also more bikes, we were interested in hiring bikes but someone else had hired them."
