"The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room? "No, I can't do that." I asked him to give me his name, he said: Preston, and when I asked for his last name he left upset and refused to give it to me. Breakfast was okay. Entertainment (TV and options) wasn't good at all. I don't recommend this hotel. If I could I'd ask for a refund. "

"Other than the nice gentlemen that delivered towels to our room and tried to fix the TV our stay was less than optimal. It started with checkin, the guy at the front desk barely spoke and I had no idea what he was asking me. We went down for breakfast and the coffee was empty and when I asked the guy at the desk if he could make more, who was the same guy at checkin, he acted totally put out. We stayed 2 nights and had no TV service and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Second day of breakfast the same guy at the front desk was making himself a cup of coffee and I then went to get one and it was empty again! The front desk guy left it empty!! The breakfast was not great, with very little selection and the second morning they were out of a few things and so there was even less options and this was a weekend. They did offer a free night on our next stay but I will definitely spend more and stay at a reputable location. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for and I’m not sure we even got close to that. "

"The refrigerator was very noisy The coffee pot was missing the filter holder, so I couldn't make coffee. The juice dispenser was broken, but they had orange drink, not juice, in a carafe. We were only there for one night, so we managed. "

"The room was clean. The plumbing in the shower needs work. The room did not smell good. Motel staff kindly came up and sprayed room which seemed to eliminate odor. "

"Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay. Very beautiful and clean inside and out My concern was. I removed the placard from my door handle so housekeeping can clean my room. I left the hotel around 12:30 Sat afternoon and returned around 6pm Sun afternoon I left out around 3pm, returned around 5. Housekeeping was diagnosed across the hall as I was leaving. . It wasn't a big issue I had 3 sets of towels, so I was straight. All in all the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I wanted to sleep in Saturday and Sunday. I did eat breakfast this morning.. FYI... there were kids running in the hallway Sunday morning But that's it... thank you"
