Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper. "Ce n'est pas la première fois que je réserve à cet hôtel mais malheureusement je trouve qu'il manque d'amour. Un bon ménage à la ventilation dans les chambres et dans la section piscine les fans au plafond sont dû pour un bon nettoyage et la peinture se décolle a quelques endroits et l'eau du spa beaucoup trop chaude et les jets ne marchent pas jai voulu en parler à la réception mais jamais personne...ça serait dommage de laisser cette belle hotel se détériorer. Mais le personnel très gentils "
