well appointed hotel in the city centre, ideal for skiing. Comfortable hotel with a hidden gem of a restaurant on the ground floor, good quality and value for money.

Great hotel for short break for skiing

We stayed for three nights and it was perfect. It’s clean and comfortable and the owner and the people working at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to the centre of St Gervais with a bus stop nearby. I’d recommend eating in the restaurant that’s part of the hotel - the food is delicious.

The people running this hotel are very genuine and kind. Very willing to help out with whatever you need and laid back about check out times. It is only a short walk to the bettex gondola, so perfect for a mountain holiday.

Bare bones basic hotel. However, what they lack in amenities they make up for with a very friendly and attentive hotel staff. The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, and it can get a bit noisy with the windows open. Breakfast is basic, but tasty. Location is convenient, with several restaurant options nearby.

N'y allez pas c'est une arnaque, l'hôtel est fermé

Nous avions effectué via votre site une réservation à Saint Gervais dans l'hôtel Regina (ou de Trois) du 16 au 19/03. A notre arrivée, grosse déconvenue, personne pour nous accueillir, pas de réponse au téléphone, réception et hôtel semblant fermé. Renseignement pris auprès de l'office du tourisme de Saint Gervais, il semble que l'établissement soit fermé administrativement depuis plusieurs mois. Nous avons du retrouver une réservation à la volée, plus chère que le montant prévu initialement. Je suis très déçu que vous ne preniez pas de précaution pour le suivi des établissements que vous proposez sur votre site et que vous ne protégiez pas les consommateurs de ce type de désagréments. Nous avions confiance dans votre enseigne et cette expérience écorne sérieusement votre image à nos yeux.

During our stay heating was not working, we had to use an electric heater, in our room we didn’t had hot water we had to use the shower in another empty room (it was smaller room so we could not move to that room). Sever times we had electricity disconnected probably caused by big number of electrical heaters used (due to normal heating malfunction), nevertheless electricity was usually fast recovered up to max 5 minutes.

Chambre mansardé à peu près correcte mais la salle de bain laisse à désirer et la douche (dans la baignoire) est inutilisable car il faut faire moins de 1m20 pour pouvoir l’utiliser.

Hôtel, qui n’en est pas vraiment un. Les chambres sont correctes mais les salles de bain auraient besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Pas de service petit dej proposé. Je suis arrivé, il y avait un dégât’ des eaux dans ma chambre, le personnel a été réactif et m’en a tout de suite donné une autre. Dans celle ci la tv ne marchait pas, je suis allé voir le gérant qui n’a fait que réinitialiser la box tv… sans succès. Le lendemain, personne pr le checkout, donc pas de service de bagagerie. Je suis repasser dans l’après midi rendre une serviette que j’avais emprunté pr les Thermes, le personnel avait l’air a moitié surpris de la tv en panne et s’est a peine excusé.

Très bien situé au centre du village. Bien insonorisé de la rue avec un fort trafic. Grandes chambre et salle de bain, mais je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude tard le soir et tot le matin.

The room had no frills ( this was expected giving the price) but was really specious and clean. The hotel is also perfectly located in the village center with walkable distance everywhere. We will definitely stay there next time.

Très déçue de la chambre que l’on nous a donné, et qui soit disant était la meilleure chambre de l’invité ? La numéro 10.. Les murs de la salle de bain étaient moisis, les murs de la chambre étaient dans de sales états, la robinetterie de la salle de bain était très défectueuse et désuète, un robinet ne se fermait pas.. les toilettes ne comportaient pas de lumière. Pas de gel douche, pas de gobelet, pas de poubelle.. La seule chose rénovée de cette chambre était les fenêtres en pvc, mais rien n’était fini. Les portes fenêtres étaient sans poignées. Et pour finir pas de télévision, pour un prix beaucoup trop élevé de 150€ la nuit. Heureusement, les matelas étaient confortables, nous avons bien dormi, mais le rapport qualité de cette chambre n’y était pas, c’est dommage. La réceptionniste était cependant très gentille.

Travelled with my daughter. Deluxe Twin room overlooking the hotel terrace. Double glazed windows did not hear the road in the night at all. No frills, superb location. Friendly supportive staff in the evenings at the bar.

Hôtel à fuire. Une arnaque

Hôtel à fuire. Le moins cher de st gervais les bains, mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. - Insonorisation des chambres tres mauvaise. On entend tout, dehors et dedans. - Tv qui capte pas bien et ne fonctionne pas bien. - pas de Petit déjeuner. J'ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel. On a du se debrouiller pour manger le matin. - pas de Gel douche. Ils nous mettent à disposition du savon. 😆 j'ai connu cela chez mes parents a la ferme dans les annees 90 de se laver le corps et les cheveux au savon. - linge de lit et de toilette qui sent mauvais (renfermé et humidité) - odeur de remontée d égout dans la chambre et dans les toilettes - Ne propose pas de faire la chambre pour enlever serviettes sales notamment - Prise de courant non fixée donc dangeureuse - plafond qui est prêt à s'effrondrer - Pas de lampe de chevet qui fonctionne - quasiment injoingable par téléphone. Donc en résumé, c'est juste un opportuniste avec de l'argent qui a acheté un hotel pour faire du "pognon" en s'en moquant de ses clients.

Nick the owner is a great host. Quiet friendly hotel in a great location. 5 minutes walk to town and ski gondola. Bus stop almost outside if you to ski in Les Contamines and get to train station.

Chambre ne correspond pas à la description :salle de bain vieillotte,robinet d’eau chaude bloqué sur le lavabo.Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de douche et une seule dans la chambre.En arrivant il a fallu demander à changer de chambre (chambre très petite au troisième étage sous les toits sans télé).Pas de petit déjeuner.
