well appointed hotel in the city centre, ideal for skiing. Comfortable hotel with a hidden gem of a restaurant on the ground floor, good quality and value for money.

The room had no frills ( this was expected giving the price) but was really specious and clean. The hotel is also perfectly located in the village center with walkable distance everywhere. We will definitely stay there next time.

Great hotel for short break for skiing

We stayed for three nights and it was perfect. It’s clean and comfortable and the owner and the people working at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to the centre of St Gervais with a bus stop nearby. I’d recommend eating in the restaurant that’s part of the hotel - the food is delicious.

Nick the owner is a great host. Quiet friendly hotel in a great location. 5 minutes walk to town and ski gondola. Bus stop almost outside if you to ski in Les Contamines and get to train station.

They had really nice soap. And i liked the woman who greeted us. Check in and out was fast, easy. It was our perfect one night stopover between France and Italy for the Mont Blanc tunnel.

The people running this hotel are very genuine and kind. Very willing to help out with whatever you need and laid back about check out times. It is only a short walk to the bettex gondola, so perfect for a mountain holiday.

Travelled with my daughter. Deluxe Twin room overlooking the hotel terrace. Double glazed windows did not hear the road in the night at all. No frills, superb location. Friendly supportive staff in the evenings at the bar.

The property no longer functions as a hotel. There are no staff on duty and breakfast is not available for casual entry. Although clean, tidy and warm, there was no offer of any servicing of the room over my 5 nights. The rates are therefore high compared with an apartment or a functioning hotel.

Bare bones basic hotel. However, what they lack in amenities they make up for with a very friendly and attentive hotel staff. The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, and it can get a bit noisy with the windows open. Breakfast is basic, but tasty. Location is convenient, with several restaurant options nearby.

During our stay heating was not working, we had to use an electric heater, in our room we didn’t had hot water we had to use the shower in another empty room (it was smaller room so we could not move to that room). Sever times we had electricity disconnected probably caused by big number of electrical heaters used (due to normal heating malfunction), nevertheless electricity was usually fast recovered up to max 5 minutes.

N'y allez pas c'est une arnaque, l'hôtel est fermé

Nous avions effectué via votre site une réservation à Saint Gervais dans l'hôtel Regina (ou de Trois) du 16 au 19/03. A notre arrivée, grosse déconvenue, personne pour nous accueillir, pas de réponse au téléphone, réception et hôtel semblant fermé. Renseignement pris auprès de l'office du tourisme de Saint Gervais, il semble que l'établissement soit fermé administrativement depuis plusieurs mois. Nous avons du retrouver une réservation à la volée, plus chère que le montant prévu initialement. Je suis très déçu que vous ne preniez pas de précaution pour le suivi des établissements que vous proposez sur votre site et que vous ne protégiez pas les consommateurs de ce type de désagréments. Nous avions confiance dans votre enseigne et cette expérience écorne sérieusement votre image à nos yeux.

Hôtel, qui n’en est pas vraiment un. Les chambres sont correctes mais les salles de bain auraient besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Pas de service petit dej proposé. Je suis arrivé, il y avait un dégât’ des eaux dans ma chambre, le personnel a été réactif et m’en a tout de suite donné une autre. Dans celle ci la tv ne marchait pas, je suis allé voir le gérant qui n’a fait que réinitialiser la box tv… sans succès. Le lendemain, personne pr le checkout, donc pas de service de bagagerie. Je suis repasser dans l’après midi rendre une serviette que j’avais emprunté pr les Thermes, le personnel avait l’air a moitié surpris de la tv en panne et s’est a peine excusé.
