Okej boende för större grupp.

Betyget på detta boende är enligt oss för högt. Svårt att komma i kontakt med personalen. En person som arbetar själv i receptionen. Receptionen var endast öppen vissa tider och inte ens då hittade man personalen alltid. Dessutom helt stängd en dag i veckan. Lakan med fläckar som inte gått bort i tvätten och dammråttor under sängen. Uselt vattentryck i duschen men varmt vatten. I övrigt helt okej boende med rymlig lägenhet för åtta personer. Bra möjlighet att parkera bil. 10-15 min promenad till liften. Brant uppförsbacke på hemvägen. Inget man går i skidpjäxor.

クリスマスに滞在しました。 部屋からの景色が最高!スキー場迄のリフトが動いているのが部屋から見えました。 シャモニーまで車で30分弱。メジェーブまで20分位。ロケーションも最高!お部屋もミニキッチン付きで言う事なし。また泊まりたいです。

Les Arolles Saint Gervais

Bonjour, Nous avions un appartement 3 chambres, il était spacieux et bien équipé. Les deux salles de bains sont bien utiles pour toute la famille. Ne pas oublier de réserver le parking (accessible par l’ascenseur). Très bon séjour en famille, autour de fondue et raclette (matériel à disposition à l’accueil). Bon courage pour cette saison !

Comfortable but not great for a ski holiday

Very friendly management. Nice spacious appartment. Location however, whilst perhaps ok for a summer break was quite impractical for a winter ski holiday. Car required to access lifts (or a10-15 minute walk to lift and back up hill, unfeasible in ski boots). Tight and limited parking at residence.

Agreable sejour

Séjour globalement agreable, situation très pratique pour nous. La residence dispose d'une piscine extérieure très agréable lors de notre séjour sous la chaleur. Sauna, salon avec de société pour les enfants. Logement de bonne taille pour 8 personnes. Néanmoins nous regrettons certains éléments désuets, TV, taille du frigo trop petit pour 8 personnes, logement pas très propres à l'arrivée , un petit rafraîchissement du logement ne serait pas de trop. Literie moyenne. Un élément regrettable, le bruit de la ventilation extraction des cuisines du bâtiment voisins très bruyante !!! Pas possible de passer un moment agréable sur notre balcon.

Accueil irritant

Impression très mitigée. A l'accueil de cette résidence de tourisme, on m'a demandé sans grande amabilité le "voucher" sans lequel ma réservation ne pouvait être prise en compte. Client d'hotels.com, je n'ai reçu qu'une confirmation de réservation classique et non un voucher qui semblait vital à un gérant plutôt obtus. De plus pour 2 nuits, dresser un état des lieux complet de l'appart me semble aberrant!!! A part ça, relativement proche du centre de Saint-Gervais, le cadre est génial surtout avec le soleil au rendez-vous.

Ski trip

The apartment was really nice and it was clean. The staff were helpful. there was a sauna we could use once for free. The walk up the steep hill back to the apartments was painful after skiing, but that's just personal. All in all, lovely visit!

Tranquillità e relax

Grazioso appartamento con vista monte bianco,essenziale ma fonzionale. Valdo come punto d'appoggio per visitate tutti i paesini vicino l'unica cosa da precisare che la macchina è indispensabile perché un po fuori mano.

Great apartments,super views

Perfect apartments with everything we needed for our skiing trip but bedding and towels are extra if you don't take your own and there's not even a basic welcome pack with a little tea,coffe,milk to greet you! If you don't have a car with you it's a tough walk to and from the ski lift with all the gear on and skis to carry. Surprising that with 30 apartments the company don't provide a "shuttle service to the ski lift and/or the not-so-nearby ski areas. We were fortunate enough to be with friends who had a car and so our stay was a very pleasant one overall.

Nice appartments but not that close to lifts

really nice appartments, clean and spacious with everything you really need. There are a few overheads, so check on these beforehand (e.g. sheets, towels, cleaning of appartment, parking etc). We took our dog and they were great about that, no issues at all. Main problem is getting to the lifts. If you have a lot of small kids who struggle carrying skis (like me) you need to drive to the lifts. Not a massive problem as long as the roads are clear, but a major pain if they are not, and the drive to the car park is majorly steep.

Easy to use place

Les Arrolles is an easy to use apart hotel. It is convinient for the slopes and not too far to walk into the town centre. The rooms are adequate and quite spacious. The make up sofa/bed in the front room isnt the most comfy especially for a longer stay. Overall good value and convenient.

Perfect place to stay if you go for winter holiday

Everything was perfect,easy to find the place,just a few minutes walk to the main cable car (because it was a skiing holiday),comfortable big apartman,helpful staff,I'm glad to booked this place through Expedia.I would use again also recommend to my friends.Price and what you get is very reasonable.Thanks for make my holiday excellent.
