"The only downside was that they only served a breakfast buffet until 10:30am. You had to leave the hotel for lunch, or to have a drink. Dinner service at the restaurant and bar was only open from 5pm to 9pm. Everyone was friendly and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bonaventure Montréal, but the staff truly stood out. When our car’s rear window shattered in the parking garage, the team went above and beyond. They cleaned up the glass, helped remove the remaining pieces, and had maintenance carefully cover and secure the window with plastic and tape so we could safely continue our trip. We drove from Montréal to Connecticut afterward, and their repair held perfectly the entire way! The front desk staff were genuinely concerned about making sure this didn’t ruin our short visit. They were kind, helpful, and accommodating, and even provided complimentary breakfast while we dealt with everything. It was some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced. The hotel itself was fantastic. I used the jacuzzi both nights, and the pool and outdoor area were a relaxing way to end the day. I loved that the rooms include robes, making it easy to walk comfortably to the pool and jacuzzi. The atmosphere feels like a resort in the middle of the city. Breakfast was delicious, with both a traditional buffet and à la carte options. The croissants and coffee were especially good. The location is extremely central, and we walked almost everywhere. The Gray Line hop-on hop-off bus stop was also very convenient. Between the location, amenities, breakfast, and especially the extraordinary staff, I would absolutely stay here again. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. 10/10 — highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and even a free for use while there club for the car. The signage for how to get from parking garage to walk out to get back to hotel was difficult not the best signs to follow or directions. But stay and room was excellent"
