as there is a nice area for play. Also tennis court on the property. Not good if you want a lot of restaurants and shops close by. We were on the top floor and it was slightly musty smelling. The room and bathroom were quite large and comfortable. "

"Ideal location just a few minutes walk from Bayeux. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room adequate, bed comfy enough. All very clean. Good choice at inclusive breakfast. Several Electric charging ports in car park (I didn't use). Would use again as a base to go out and explore the area."

"It’s fine, just not great value for money. The public areas are beautiful & well maintained. The garden restaurant was mediocre and expensive. The pool area wasn’t open - even just to sit by. The bedroom was nice - not amazing considering it was supposed to be a superior room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. "

"I would highly recommend staying here. We were greeted with very friendly hosts who were happily willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was beautifully stylish and spotlessly clean with a few luxury touches. We enjoyed it that much that we extended our stay by 2 more nights in which we had to change rooms to the

room which was amazing due to having our own terrace with outside furniture. Rodolphe is an amazing cook and you can book in with him for evening meals....

"This is not a big chain hotel with cookie-cutter amenities and sterile facilities. It presents as a

run, quaint, quiet and comfortable place to stay while exploring Normandy. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The facility is not brand new, but is well-maintained. I would and will stay here again."
