"Staff was friendly. Parking was good. We were on the top floor and the hot water took longer than it should have to get warm/hot. Other than that it was a good stay."

"The beds are firm, to say the least. Call ahead (way ahead) and have them provide foam pillows if you're allergic to down. Or bring your own. They had trouble finding me one. Staff was friendly, although they didn't know the greater KC area as well as I had expected. Place was clean and pretty quiet. The restaurant was, as expected, overpriced and no complementary anything (including parking). Overall, I probably won't stay again because Comfort inn has great beds and free breakfast, and I'm all about getting the most bang for my buck. I didn't use the gym or anything. That's not what I pick a hotel for - I pick a hotel for the quality of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. This place was nothing special for the rooms, and the beds were awful."

"Great hotel! First time staying here and we were blessed with a free upgrade to a suite- it was so nice & spacious! The sitting room was perfect for the kids to watch tv and play with toys after a day at the zoo. The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. It was a quick drive to get dinner out and the free breakfast buffet was really good. "

"The rooms were clean, staff friendly, however, the pool had so much chlorine that it burned my daughter's eyes. She was wearing goggles for the most part but complained that her eyes were hurting all night. She couldn't sleep all night, she was crying in pain. We got her eye drops and she was ok by morning. Her eyes and the area under her eyes was red for the entire next day. This has never happened before and she is an avid swimmer so it's not like she is that sensitive."
