Love this hotel! A 25 minute walk along the ocean to the wall town.. every comfort. Great breakfast lovely decor, relaxing pool. The only downside was that parking by valet when you arrive cost €30 a night. There’s free parking on the side streets.

We had a brilliant stay. Excellent accommodations, our room was spotless, they had lovely little details like a baby changing pad, bath towel for the baby and crib. Everything was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect, 1 mins walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel within a stones throw of the beach in a quiet residential area. Room was very spacious and the staff were helpful & attentive. Breakfast was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Superb hotel, beautifully designed with excellent amenities and top staff. We loved everything we experienced and this will absolutely be on our first choice anytime we come to St Malo. The jacuzzi junior suite is awesome, very roomy with a private terrace and your very own hot tub. The swimming pool is superb, and all the food served in this establishment is of very high quality from breakfast to diner. No short cuts taken on quality, superb service and clearly experienced head chef. Top marks for the pepper beef fillet and and grand marnier souffle!

We had the deluxe double room for one night. I chose this hotel for the specific purpose of the pool and jacuzzi. I was sorely disappointed to find out that the jacuzzi was not hot AT ALL. The heated pool was not very warm either. It would have been ok if we had access to the hammam easily, but it could comfortably hold only 2 people at a time. With 4, it is a squeeze and not at all relaxing. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It had cozy sheets and nice towels. Some things to note: no refrigerator and no iron in the room. The valet service was 30 euros a night, in and out privileges, BUT only until 8pm. So if you want to get anywhere in the evening, plan on walking. It's a nice beachfront walk to the old city, so not having a car wasn't too much of an inconvenience at night. The gym is open 24hrs, not very much equipment to choose from. It's a beautiful hotel, new, clean, but unfortunately it did not meet our needs for a relaxing pool/hotel tub experience, nor was the valet service convenient with the limited hours.

Bel endroit à proximité de la mer. Nous avons été accueillis avec un panier de fruits et des biscuits dans notre chambre. Sur expedia, l'hotel affiche avoir une "laundry faciity" - je parle ici pour faire laver son linge sans "blanchir" - un lavage de base. Le personnel de l'hotel est très mélangé par rapport à cet offre de service: - une employée nous a offert de faire laver notre linge sans frais - il a été question avec un autre employé d'un frais d'environ 20 à 30 euros pour faire un lavage - le genre de maitre d'hotel insistait quant à lui pour nous facturer le même prix que pour le nettoyage à sec pour un simple lavage (10 euros par t-shirt, 7 euros par paire de chaussettes - au total, notre brassée de lavage aurait couté 250 euros et le maitre d'hotel trouvait non seulement le tout raisonnable, il essayait de nous vendre cette option - quelle déconnexion de la réalité !). Ma suggestion pour l'hotel est de ne plus afficher sur Expedia qu'ils offrent des options pour faire laver du linge. Ça mélange bien trop le personnel et ça crée des frustrations auprès des clients. Ce n'est qu'une suggestion. Autrement, l'hotel est très bien.

Parfait, très belle réhabilitation de cet hôtel, magnifique décoration, tout est neuf ! très bon accueil, petit déjeuner très complet, très grande piscine, chambre très confortable, au calme (nous étions en bout de couloir), très bon restaurant également, difficile de se garer dans le quartier donc voiturier indispensable, à refaire sans hésiter pour tester le spa cette fois ci !
