When checking in, the male staff member was incredibly helpful, kind, and wonderful. Our room was beautiful, they upgraded us at no cost, and I couldn’t be more thankful. I hope to return to this Hotel again!

Hotel was very central to the tourist area and beaches which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Less than full marks for the arrangements for getting an iron to use ( we had to collect from reception and iron our clothes in a basement room) Also our room had a bath with a shower hose but no where to affix the shower when using. Overall a good value well located hotel.

Always enjoy our stay at Chateaubriand. Very dog friendly, lovely friendly staff providing a great service and a really comfortable bed. Room has basic facilities but everything else makes up for that. Recommend.

We had a great stay at Hotel Longchamp Elysées. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and directions. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start each day. On top of that, the location is fantastic—situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood within easy walking distance of the metro, the Trocadéro, and the Eiffel Tower. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Clean room but no AC or screens so left window open all night at risk of bugs and rodents entering. Room for 3 is a real stretch - cot us for a young child and takes up all the walking space. Restaurant was thé worst meal we had in France. Unoriginal and poorly trained wait staff. Location of hotel is ideal if you want proximity to ramparts and stores.

A very lovely hotel in the very heart of the walled city on the edge of one of the main squares; a hub for eating, drinking and people watching. The rooms vary a little and we fortuitously ended up with a room on a corner of the square and building, which had two balconies!! Beautiful. We ate good food in the their main restaurant on the square. Very peaceful and engaging. The breakfast was a little disappointing; over priced for the range offered, but overall it was an excellent place to stay. St.Malo Is a delightful place to wander and ‘soak up’.
