The hotel is located in the heart of Saint-Malo. We didn’t need to use a car during our stay. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very nice.

very recently refurbished seemed brand-new, lovely fresh new carpets. very soundproof and nice balcony views of the streets of Saint Marlo. lovely and modern room with excellent location. friendly helpful staff. Will be standing again next time I visit.

Cet hôtel coche la plupart des cases! Bon rapport prestation/prix, personnel très gentil et professionnel, style/décoration à notre goût, la piscine avec un créneau perso est un vrai plus, calme, confortable on a tout aimé… on ajouterait juste un mini bar mais sinon au top!

Séjour de 2 jours à st.malo avec mes 2 filles et 1 amie de ma fille comme nous n avons pas voyagé pdt ces vacances. Réservation de 2 chambres avec 1 piscine. L hôtel serait un 4* ? Des poils et cheveux ont été retrouvés dans la chambre de ma fille aînée. Nous l avons signalé, idem service pas à la hauteur d un 4*. Le concierge nous a proposé un sachet de viennoiserie pour compensation ? Nous venions de déjeuner et est ce réellement une compensation pour un client insatisfait? Nous avons réservé un hôtel avec piscine pour un moment agréable. Je pense que si l on s était baigné dans la manche, la température aurait été la même, idem signalé et pas d impact auprès du concierge. Hélas 1iere et dernière experience, je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel. Dommage pour le business breton.

Hôtel très cosy à la rénovation réussie . Les chambres sont très agréables et très confortables avec une décoration réussie ; un plateau de courtoisie ( thés et tisanes Dammann; gâteaux ; café capsules ) des produits Phytomer de grande qualité ( douche ; shampoing; conditionneur ; lait corporel) La piscine privative ( 45 mn)à réserver la veille est une merveille au sein de Saint-Malo intra-muros. Le personnel dans son ensemble est courtois et professionnel.

Point positif, personnel top!!! Point négatif,on nous demande 50 supplémentaires sinon veut arriver avant 15h,ok mais quand on arrive et que l on nous dit chambre pas prête et il faut attendre 17h,on nous donne pas 50 euro!!! Chambre neuve avec encore de la poussière des travaux,pas de papier toilette,chasse d eaux qui s arrête pas car problème de joint,pas de téléphone pour contacter l accueil donc descendre à chaque fois,le dimanche la télé marcha pas on me dit désolé pas de personnes pour voir ça,la moquette de l ascenseur est resté 3 jours sans nettoyage de la moquette. Après tout ça rien pas un geste commercial et on me dit payé la taxe de séjour. J'ai demandé à être contacté par les responsables de l'hôtel qui on aussi 2 autres hôtels dans intra et rien depuis.
