Rooms can be a little cleaner, toilet paper was see through thin and the tub can use a good scrubbing but on the plus side, the outdoor jacuzzi were perfect and the fire pit area was nice

Room was clean, appeared recently renovated. The overall appearance of the hotel appeared 'tired'....the entrance (outside)to the property requires additional attention. Staff member attentive and informative upon arrival providing info and resto recommendation which was appreciated however for large property staff members appears scarce .....not feeling very secure without staff member at front office at all times Also we didn't realize that beach/lake view implied an outside veranda from the room that blocked the view to the beach/lake

The property was ok but dated. Notice that in pictures so paid extra for updated room...because it was a great location. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was a disappointment. $26 for OJ, croissant, muffin, boiled egg and apple. A rip off...avoid this.

This was a great hotel stay with friendly staff and a clean, well-maintained property. For anyone looking to disconnect from the city and relax, this is the perfect spot. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers stunning views of the lake. Its location near Saint-Agathe-des-Monts is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and other essentials within close distance. A peaceful and enjoyable getaway that I would gladly recommend for both solo travelers or groups.

I will start with the things that were okay, the location is fantastic, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and our jacuzzi tub was clean. That's where everything else becomes just okay. The room looked nice on the surface, but if you looked to closely it was dirty, the sheets were stained and since they used a top sheet that was to small for the bed it wouldn't stay on and i personally don't like to touch a hotel matress... The toilet paper dispenser reminded me of a gas station bathroom and they provided 1 ply toilet paper, the toilet was also dirty as was the sink. The gas fireplace burned way to hot and there was no way to lower the temp without it shutting off. Thier cleaning staff need to be replaced or trained on how to clean and there needs to be some maintenance done on certain items. Unfortunately the restaurant is a joke, the food tasted good but the presentation wasn't up to the standards of the price! We were served our dessert in a plastic to go container... Overall for the price paid, it wasn't worth it.

Large room with lake view from hallway (room window overlooks hallway). Small tables outside room in hallway with a lovely view of lake across the street (not part of the property). For the price, the room was dated with older furniture and amenities. Very basic breakfast (extra cost). Pools and whirlpools not crowded which we enjoyed. Overall, well located older hotel in need of special care (for instance touchups here and there, cleaning, as well as basic info in the room to welcome visitor, and explain how run the tv, know breakfast hours, wifi code etc.. Lastly, there are reminders of patrons being filmed while on property are various locations with video stored which we found unusual (not just in parking lot)..

pool is lovely after a ski. the ambience is serene. the fondu is delicious. the staff was like being home. the beds very comfy. layout was like being in a 50s to 70s cool hangout...like real cool. charming and beyond. didnt miss the 5 star granite or the modern stuff and just feel addicted to this place like i stepped into a dream. everything was that was once wrong was now perfect....how to explain more than that.
