"J’ai bien apprécié la grandeur des chambres, la tranquillité. La prise de courant pour recharger la voiture électrique. Toutefois ça prendrait un chargeur électrique. Sur place pour ne pas avoir à traverser la route et aller faire charger en face. La barre de serviette est restée dans les mains dans la baignoire, j’ai failli tomber. Ça a vraiment besoin d’être réparé c’est pour ça que je l’ai mise de côté afin que les gens voient que la réparation est nécessaire j’étais dans la chambre 103. Je n’aurais pas payé plus cher que ça pour cette chambre. Comme il pleuvait on a pas pu utiliser la piscine ni le bain tourbillon. Service courtois,"

"Absolutely beautiful site - incredibly close to forest / sounds of the river while maintaining a nice distance from neighbours (we rented one of the chalets but all the accommodations are beautifully maintained and blend into the rest of the area). The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for all of our needs/requests. Kayaking on the Rivière du Loup and walking the wooden sidewalks (trottoir en bois) are a must! The massages at the spa are pricey but top notch (even if the building itself is a bit bland versus the rest of the site) A few minor inconveniences: - long check-in lines at 5 pm. - outdoor pool was too warm to be refreshing - no AC in chalet made for hot sleeping conditions (maybe just fans in each bedroom would be helpful) - dining room 3 service is good and staff incredibly helpful but I would not say it is gastronomic ( lower prices reflect this so not an issue - the experience was great and our waiter Luc was fantastic)"

"We stayed in a 2 storey room with views over the river, the beds were comfy and the room clean. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The pool bar lady serving on Saturday was so good and made fantastic cocktails. The pool was a perfect temperature for a dip on a hot day. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you"
