Simple and basic lodging but everything that you need for a budget, eco-friendly stay. No kitchen but shared refrigerator and Microwave available for abundant local fruits and veggies. The landlord is next door and always easily accessible/responsive to any questions and needs. Excellent central location, close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again since it is simply the best deal in Saipan!

The property advetised providing a microwave on request but refused to do so because they did not want to clean it. Also the room i was placed in had many many ants in the bed and on the walls.

I was so grateful to G.T. Guest House for their flexibility, the friendliness of the staff, and the cost. There are so few affordable places to stay on Saipan, so I was very grateful to find somewhere like G.T. Guest House!

It’s a guesthouse, not a 5 star hotel. It serves its purpose well and Jenny at the front desk is awesome. She offered a few suggestions on best ways to get to a few places and even arranged for a return ride to the airport. Many restaurants and stores are just a few steps away. Hard Rock Cafe is a 10 minute walk.

The mattresses were basically a board with an inch of foam. The pillows were even less than that. So uncomfortable. Everything basically run down, but usable.

LOVE
I LOVED my stay here. It is owned by a local family and they are incredible, hospitable, friendly and so helpful. They were able to help me find my way around the island and provide tips and tour packages such as Managaha island or snorkeling at the Grotto. I love the family and make sure to try G.T. Mama’s food! :) I hope to come to Saipan again and of course I will stay here. Highly recommend!

全体的に良かった。 が、トイレのドアが閉まらず、少し開いたままになるのが不便だった。 母娘旅で夜中にチェックイン出来て、価格も安かったし1泊だけだったので、他の部屋に変えて貰う等はしなかった。

싸고 교통이 편리합니다.
가라판내에서 움직이기가 좋습니다. 샤워실에 더운물이 잘 나와서 씻기 좋지만 바닥에 개미가 좀 돌아다닙니다. (물지는 않는 것 같습니다.)

침대 시트도 깨끗하고 바닥도 깨끗했는데 화장실에 물때는 모든 사이판 숙소가 다 그런가봐요. 하얏트도 물때 쩔었는데 여기도 ... 대용량 바디워시 샴푸 컨디셔너까지는 있구요. 이불대신 담요라 조금 추웠고 창가쪽 침대에는 개미가 있었어요. 제가 잡은 것만 5마리 ... 아마 제가 못본 개미들이 다리 쪽에 더 있었겠죠. 입구에 고양이가 귀엽습니다ㅠ 다음날 오전 비행기라 잠깐 있다가서 괜찮았는데 위치도 나름 시내에서 가깝고 좋았어요. 식사할 곳 찾으시면 근처에 스파이시 타이 누들 플레이스랑 긴파치 가보세요!

사이판내 가성비 최고의 장소 입니다.
도미토리식 게스트 하우스라 첫날은 적응이 잘 안되었지만 다음날 부터는 편하게 이용 했습니다. 혼자 여행시 추천합니다. 가족과 함께 지낼수 있도록 화장실과 샤워실이 딸려 있는 방들도 있었습니다.

가볍게 잠시 잠만 자고 나오기에는 최고라 봅니다.
새벽 4시의 늦은 체크인이었지만 반갑게 맞이해주셔서 좋았습니다. 2인실이었는데 티비가 없고, 전기코드가 구석에 두개 뿐인 것은 다소 아쉬웠네요!
