This is an excellent hotel where we would gladly stay again. The location is ideal, just minutes walking from Kyoto station, the hub of travel, restaurant dining and shopping. The hotel is run superbly, with exceedingly clean rooms and access to a broad range of toiletries easily accessed in the lobby. Breakfast was ideal: A buffet with high-quality options of both Japanese and western styles. The staff kept the area well-stocked and spotlessly clean. We travelled to 5 countries over 4 months and this was one of our best stays.

The room was very spacious and clean, the largest we had during our two-week stay in Japan. We comfortably fit four large suitcases and two carry-ons.
