We absolutely loved this hotel! We felt very safe, everything was clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff was so helpful and kind! It was a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Our room was big, the breakfast was superb, and we enjoyed the workshops plus sake that was provided! We will choose to stay here again next time!!

Well located hotel just 5 mins walk from Kyoto station, so close to all train & bus transport required to visit the attractions. Friendly staff. As with all hotels in Japan be aware of the size rooms you book - we stayed in a corner twin room.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so comfortable and I slept well and the location close to Kyoto Station was perfect.
