The Hotel is good the only issue is outside the hotel where too many homeless sleep on the street and leave too much trash around. That is the only thing I did not like.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Excellent location next to the Shinagawa station , our room was spotless on 18th floor with great views. Staff were professional and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay, will come back next week when back to Tokyo again.

The toilet handle broke down on our last night stay. We called the front desk and within 20 minutes, a hotel staff came up to take a look. He was very friendly and apologetic. He was able to replace the broken chain within a reasonable time. We do not have much interaction with the staff during check-in, ...
