"It’s wonderful that it’s right on the airport so we can crush in. The room we started in was super tiny. No closet so it’s hard to settle in with large suitcases. For people with small carry on may not have problems. Stuffs are great very helpful and friendly and hardworking people. Very clean room. "

"Did not use the restaurant or bar services. The room was spacious and lovely with lots of toiletries and a beautiful view of the harbour overlooking the rose garden. The concierge helped us with umbrellas, stores our lugg6ungil departure and arranged a taxi van for 4 of us to cruise terminal quickly and efficiently. Really enjoyed this very Grand hotel! "

"Very modern and stylish. Very clean and comfortable bed. Great shower and bath and comfortable to use. Having 3 chairs is such a plus! Location is ok, close to China Town and Yamashita Park. Minatomirai line goes to Yokohama and busses go to Sakuragicho. Didn't use the restaurant or bar or breakfast. "

"Great view of the cruise terminal. Easy 10 min walk with luggage. Hotel was clean, quiet and had a great room on level 7 for all guests to use. Complementary Nespresso and good facilities. Would stay again."

"The main areas (lobby, hallways, restaurants) were nice enough and clean however our room was not at all what we would have expected for $400/night CAD. The entire hotel was dated and is in need of updating but our room was particularly in bad shape. The air conditioning didn’t work well and we had little control over it. The furniture was all old and worn, not something you would expect for a “nicer hotel chain”. The bathroom had mould and had a terrible sewer smell. It was so bad that we could hardly stand to use it. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times so we didn’t have to have a stinky room. When we asked to change rooms they said they had no other rooms available and that they were full. We really had no choice but to stay as we had to pay upon check in and prior to seeing the room. It seemed odd as we saw very few other guests or what you would expect for not having any other rooms available? The front desk staff were polite but English was a bit of a struggle. I would not recommend this hotel, I am certain there are far better choices if staying in Kamakura."
