He left a jar of lollies for my son upon learning it was his b-day. But every other staff we I have interacted with was incredible, warm but professional, communicated well. Definitely a step-up from other hotels The room itself was good, dark and moody, maybe needed a few cushions on the couch. Not much of a view, though it could be cos I requested a quiet room Was looking forward to room service, but not keen on the takeaway containers and paper bags, would've love actual dinnerware and/or cutlery but that's just me There's a heated pool and sauna, which was quite utilised by other guests during our stay, sadly we skipped out Great location - literally in front of the tram stop and a short walk to cafes/restaurants Overall, great experience and will definitely be back for future stay-cations!"
